The story
The Fontainebleau's famous curve from the grounds, March 1955. Sinatra, Elvis and Goldfinger all came later; this is the hotel brand new.
About the photographer
1914–1980
Samuel Gottscho and William Schleisner photographed buildings for the people who built them. In 1955 they made the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, pool and tower, before the glass doubled.

Size guide
The size you order is the photograph. A framed print adds a 2.5 inch mat and the moulding, so the outside is larger than the print. Canvas is the face size, with a 1.5 inch edge that does not add to the front.
