Shipping in the United States is free.

Pieces are made to order in about 7–10 business days, then handed to the carrier. Transit time is added to that.

Custom work and anything with an engraved plate is a final sale, except where the piece arrives damaged or the mistake is ours. Tell us within 7 days and include photographs of the damage.
